While we do not have a minimum work experience requirement for applicants to the Online MBA, admitted students typically have at least six years full-time, post-undergraduate professional experience. The Admissions Committee takes internships and cooperative education assignments into account, but those experiences are usually considered supplementary.
What is the program timeline and weekly time commitment?
Students in the OMBA program have 2-6 years to complete the program and are permitted to take leaves of absence while enrolled, as necessary. Given it is a part-time program, the weekly time commitment for OMBA students is typically about 15-20hrs of work per week. This is inclusive of weekly live Zoom sessions, asynchronous learning on your own time, team meetings, office hours with Learning Facilitators, etc.
